“You are a member of Nar-Anon if you say you are.”

Joining Nar-Anon is easy, simply go to a meeting. The only requirement for membership in Nar-Anon is that there be a problem of addiction in a relative or friend.

We’re never affiliated with any other organization or outside entity. There are no dues or fees.

Anonymity is the spiritual foundation of all our traditions ever reminding us to place principles above personalities. As this is an anonymous program, we ask all members and visitors to respect our anonymity. We will guard with special care your anonymity as well.

We welcome you to the Nar-Anon Family Groups and hope that you will find comfort and support in our meetings. We believe that by sharing our experience, strength, and hope we can learn from each other how to deal with the pain and heartbreak that comes with loving an addict. … As you learn about our program, you will gain strength by realizing that you are not alone.
